It finally clicked!! I don’t know why but sometimes my mind just takes forever to fully grasp something at the level that I know I can handle. I’ve gotten so used to how easy it was to switch between connectors and modes on the openSpot4 that I have and I wanted to suffer a little bit so I was finally able to get a working config for my fancy pi4 running wpsd for my home hotspot. It was finally this blog post from the Macclesfield and District Amateur Radio Society that it finally all synced up and the stars aligned.
